Her space. Her voice. Her truth.
You don't have to be strong here.
Take a breath. You don't have to explain everything perfectly. Start wherever you feel comfortable.
DEBUG PREVIEW: this Android app is debug-signed only. Please test on a phone before calling it final.
Download HERELLE for Android

Not yet on Google Play.
iOS users: please use herelle.fva70k.com in your browser.
Email verification is not sent yet, because no mail server is live for HERELLE. See the Help screen and README for what this means. Your account is still protected with a hashed password, and you can sign in right away.
HERELLE is not a substitute for emergency services or professional treatment. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency services and contact a trusted person.
User accounts are for girls and women using HERELLE. Admin accounts are created only through first-run setup, never from signup here.
By creating an account you agree to the terms and privacy policy. Your date of birth only personalises content ordering. It never blocks BEFORE 18, and it never blocks emergency help.
No reset email is sent yet, because HERELLE email through Zoho is not configured yet. If this email belongs to an account, a reset request will be recorded for the HERELLE team.
Only if no admin account exists yet. This creates the first admin account. There is no default admin password and no pre-made admin account. Admins cannot create user accounts for other people.
Add a display name and a profile photo, or skip this. Skipping never blocks mood, voice, text, stories, journal, or BEFORE 18.
A mood check-in is not a diagnosis. It only helps you notice how you feel today.
TAP TO TALK
Or go to Talk to type instead.
What happened today? What is bothering you? Did someone hurt you? Or do you just need to let everything out?
00:00
Recording uses your device microphone through MediaRecorder. Nothing is shared until you choose to save it privately or send it to support with confirmation.
Your voice matters. Take your time.
Write it as it comes. You don't have to make it sound perfect.
Private messages are never published to the community. Only messages you explicitly send to support reach the support team.
You're not the only person who has felt this way. Here are some experiences that may help you feel understood. No story here is presented as exactly the same as yours.
Someone may need to know that another person has been through something similar.
Anonymity protects the name shown, but it cannot guarantee absolute secrecy. Every story is reviewed before publication. Harmful, harassing, or identifying content is removed.
Growing up doesn't come with instructions.
A teenagers guide. Honest conversations about the things every girl deserves to know before adulthood, in short lessons with questions and answers, scenarios, quizzes, and reflection prompts. Age personalises the order and the language notes, but this guide is available to adults too. Turning 18 never removes it and never blocks it.
Your private journal. Entries stay private by default. They are never shown in the community or to support unless you choose a sharing path, and v1 has no such sharing path.
Sign in first to change your profile or security settings.
Only your display name and photo are shown to the support team if you send something to support. Your email is never shown on anonymous stories, which show topic and alias only.
Checking…
Use an authenticator app (for example Google Authenticator or Authy). Scan the code below, or type the secret by hand, then enter the current 6-digit code from the app. 2FA turns on only after that code is verified.
Secret (type this by hand if the QR code does not scan):
This code is too long for a QR picture with a long email address. Type the secret above into your authenticator app instead.
Two-factor authentication is ON. Every sign-in now needs your password plus a current code from your authenticator app.
Lost your authenticator? There is no email code reset and no self-service recovery. Ask a HERELLE admin to reset 2FA for your account. The reset signs you out everywhere, and your next sign-in is password only.
You matter. Let's get you support.
Call your local emergency services right now, and contact a trusted person near you. Stay somewhere safe if you can, and do not wait for an app reply.
Contact a trusted adult, friend, or family member you feel safe with, and tell them what is happening in plain words.
Seek a trained professional, counsellor, doctor, or local support service. HERELLE does not replace professional treatment.
Real crisis helpline numbers are TO BE SUPPLIED by the HERELLE owner for each country where the app operates. No helpline number is shown here until the owner supplies and verifies it. Do not rely on this screen alone in an emergency.
Human support, if offered, is not promised around the clock unless trained staff are genuinely available. Response times are shown by the support team when a request is sent. Emergency help is free and never requires a subscription.
Admins manage lessons, story moderation, reports, crisis resources, and the support queue. Admins must NOT open private journals or private voice notes. This dashboard has no route to them. Admins only see messages a user explicitly sent to support, and anonymous approved stories.
Only messages and voice notes explicitly sent to support appear here, with the sender's display name only.
Only for a user who lost their authenticator. This clears their 2FA and signs them out everywhere. Their next sign-in is password only. There is no email code involved.
Only admins see this list. A reset never turns off 2FA, and it signs the user out everywhere.
Admins must not add an unverified helpline number. Leave numbers blank until the owner verifies them.
